How do I get medical leave from my job?

Many pregnant women have questions about disability and Family and Medical Leave Act papers. There is a $15.00 fee for all forms. However, please understand that asking us to extend your leave longer than your company offers is something we cannot do for you. Standard disability is six weeks for a vaginal delivery and eight weeks for a C-section delivery. Should you have problems during your recovery, we are happy to extend the leave if there is a medical reason. To extend your leave beyond what is its medical propriety would be fraud. While we would love to give each new mom 12 weeks with her newborn, we ethically and honestly cannot. There is a nominal fee for each set of forms to be filled out.
