- Financial Policy-

Women’s Care Center participates with most insurance plans and maintains a highly skilled and professional business office staff to assist our patients.  As insurance plans constantly change, we recommend each patient carefully review their plan’s benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. 

Payments will be requested at the time of service for all services that are non-covered or determined to be the patient’s responsibility, including co-payments.  Payment may be made by cash, check and most major credit cards.  If you are an obstetrical patient and you do not have insurance, we require a $1,500 deposit upon your first visit, and payment in full by your seventh month.

Our fees are within customary range for this area and reflect the level of care you will receive from our highly trained healthcare providers.  Our fees for obstetrical care include medical care from your first visit through your prenatal care, your delivery, and your visit six weeks following delivery.  There may be a need for additional testing during your pregnancy which will be charged separately from your global obstetrical care.
